Marvin began his career in
Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing, progressing throughout many
levels of management, experiencing a decade as Vice President,
Sales-USA for a pharmaceutical industry leader.
This experience and reference base is not limited to Sales and
Marketing. As a voting member of the division's Operating
Committee he gained experience and knowledge with operational
programs and budgets for Clinical & Product Research, Finance,
Human Resource, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Veterinary
Departments.
He has completed successfully many Client Recruitment Assignments
ranging from entry level to the most highly responsible and
demanding Executive Management positions in the industry.
